Offices, retail and shared spaces repainted with a plan that keeps your business running.
13+ years of hands-on painting experience

Commercial interior painting is as much scheduling as it is brushwork. An office has people at desks, a retail space has customers and inventory, and a shared hallway has tenants walking through it. The painting has to happen around all of that without turning the space upside down.
That is why the first conversation is about how the space is used: when it is busiest, what can be moved or covered, and which areas must stay open. Walls, ceilings, door frames and trim in these spaces take a lot of daily wear, and the finishes chosen for them are different from a home bedroom.
In the Grand Rapids area, tenant spaces turn over regularly, and a repaint before a new tenant, after a build-out or ahead of a reopening is often tied to a hard date. We plan backward from that date.
We walk the space with you or the property manager, list every surface and note furniture, fixtures and areas that cannot be disrupted.
We agree on the order of areas and the work windows, such as sections of an office or off-peak hours for busy retail.
Floors, counters and equipment are covered, fixtures are masked and damaged walls are patched and primed.
Ceilings, walls and trim are painted in sequence, with a check at the end of each phase before the area is handed back.
Final touch-ups, cleanup and a walk-through with the owner or manager.
A commercial quote depends on the space and on how much the schedule has to bend around your operations:
We treat an occupied space as occupied. Alvaro has 13 years of painting behind him and leads the work, and the questions about timing and access get answered by the person doing the job.
Because the crew can add painters, a bigger space can be finished in a shorter window, which matters when a lease date or reopening is fixed.
We paint commercial interiors in Grand Rapids and nearby cities. See our Grand Rapids painting page and Walker painting page.
Often, yes. We can work in sections so staff keep using the rest of the space, or schedule the noisier and smellier steps around your busiest hours. Share your hours when you request a quote.
Yes. Send us the color name or code, or a sample, and we will match it. For an accent wall or logo color, we test a sample patch before committing the whole room.
Yes. Commercial interiors usually include ceilings, door frames, trim and sometimes metal doors, each of which takes its own prep and product. We list each surface in the quote.
Painting always has some odor, but ventilation and product choice make a difference. Tell us if the space has sensitive occupants, and we can talk through lower-odor product options.
